Who would've thought I'd be singing praises for a car dealership? But hey, it happened! I had a shockingly positive experience at Genesis Kansas City. My new GV60 was acting up, and I was bracing myself for another dealership nightmare. The service advisor was a total game-changer. She was calm, efficient, and went above and beyond. Fixed my car super fast, even offered an Uber! It's like finding a unicorn in the dealership world.

Just don't tell me. I am glad I heard you had a positive experience. In general dealing with dealerships can be a nightmare.
I have had one frustrating experience, where you are stuck waiting forever, only to feel like no one really cares.
Anyway, Genesis Kansas City, you are a rare gem, haha!

Wow, that’s so awesome to hear. I hope they make it as an example for other dealers. I’ve been nervous about how dealership experiences with repairs, warranty, and after-sales would go, especially with all the tech in EVs like the GV60. Did they explain what was causing the issue? It’s good to know Genesis Kansas City has your back, it gives me a bit more confidence if I run into problems.
