Tech issues on GV70

I’m loving everything with my 2023 Genesis GV70, except I still can’t use connected services! Tech support hasn’t been any help. How can they nail the design but fumble the software? Anyone have a fix?

Did you snag it used? Is it a Certified Pre-Owned gem? Also, on the top right of your screen, are there white bars like you're checking signal or a mysterious crossed-out infinity sign?

You shelling out for Connected Services? It's only free for the first buyers of 2023 and up.

They always set that up before you leave, usually. So, you'd expect a CPO to be the same.

Sounds like you got a bad HU and ownership should have been verified immediately. But the real issue is that a software fix shouldn't be taking this long.
