My GV60’s Electric System is all Messed Up

Just got slapped with a “Check Electric Vehicle System” error on my GV60, and now the car’s power is totally screwed. I rang up Genesis, and they’re scrambling to find a certified dealer, but the closest one is a crazy 800 km away! This is beyond ridiculous. Genesis really dropped the ball not having dealers closer. Anyone else dealt with this mess or have any tips on what to do next?

Last week, I saw this on my screen while backing up. I heard a popping sound from the back of the vehicle, and the error message appeared on the dashboard. I turned off the car for a minute, then restarted it, and the message disappeared. I haven't had any performance issues though...

The Genesis sales guy who sold you the car should be pretty in-the-know after all they can only sell the GV60 if they've had the proper training. Why not give them a call?
