2024 Spring Map Update: Delayed Again?

Hey, has the 2024 spring map update dropped yet? July’s almost over and I haven’t seen anything about it. I’ve heard some buzz that it might get pushed to August. Is that true? If so, this would be the second delay, which seems pretty frustrating.
