AC charging problems

Anyone here facing this issue? Initially, the car would stop charging during a level 2session with a false error message indicating it was unplugged. A software update resolved this issue by slowing down the charging process, but it no longer stopped mid-charge. However, the car then shorted out my home level 2 charger and prevented me from using the included level one charger because it would trip the ground fault outlet.

Ask the dealership to test a different charger from another GV60 to see if the problem is with the charger. They can also use the charger they have at the dealership. If these do not work, the problem could be with the wiring in your house.
