Can't Download Phone Contacts

My mom just got a new GV70 and is totally stuck trying to download her phone contacts. Got any hacks or advice? I’m pretty clueless about this stuff too!

Upon pairing your mom’s device, she’ll receive a prompt asking for permission to access her contacts. Be sure to allow this access on her phone to proceed.

In completion to @kingofturtles' reply, she has to unpair it first, and then pair it again.
