I'm at my wit's end with my 2023 GV70. Two weeks ago, the car suddenly lost all power, and the instrument cluster went completely dark. I had to limp home and then had it towed to the dealership.
The service center has been a complete nightmare. They've replaced the CAN bus and fuse box, but the issue persists. They're now sending diagnostic data to the manufacturer, but there's no clear timeline for a fix.

To make matters worse, the dealership has been incredibly unhelpful. They initially promised a loaner but later reneged on that promise. I've been forced to rent a car at my own expense, with the vague promise of reimbursement.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their GV70 or other Genesis models?

Man, that’s a total bummer! It’s unacceptable that they didn’t offer you a loaner, especially considering the inconvenience. I’ve heard a few similar stories lately, so it might be worth checking if there’s a known issue with this specific model. Fingers crossed you get it sorted out quickly.

Have you communicated with the dealership's managing partner or owner? Customer communication should be their priority.

I presume that this dealership has a Google and Facebook review page? I’d send them a message there and replies to their posts on their social media profiles as a last resort.
Social media is a powerful instrument for customer service..

@sherwin143! The owner or managing partner should be able to resolve your situation. Remember to maintain a professional yet assertive tone in your communications. It's also a good idea to document all concerns via email to create a paper trail for reference.
