Genesis GV60 - Biggest Regret Ever!

I'm so done with my GV60 and Genesis customer service! The car is great, that’s for sure, but the dealership and Genesis itself are the worst. I've been dealing with endless problems since I got it, and they just keep making excuses. The dealership is a total joke! They don't care, they're clueless, and they're liars. Genesis?? They're useless! I've asked to talk to someone important a million times but they just hide. I'm so done with this crap! I'm never buying another Genesis again!! Has anyone else had this kind of awful experience with Genesis?

Great car but crappy customer service. Many Genesis owners have complained about it. Those with good experiences with their dealers are lucky.
