Genesis GV60 charging nightmare

My new GV60 has been in and out of the shop three times for the same charging issue! It keeps cutting out prematurely, and the service center is a total joke. They've had my car for 10 days now and still haven't fixed anything. I've tried everything to get this escalated, but nothing works. Anyone else dealing with this charging problem or have any tips for dealing with a terrible service center?

I've had terrible experiences with Genesis service myself. If you qualify, I strongly advise you to look into your options under lemon law.
