So I’m gearing up for a road trip in my GV60, but I’m seeing a seriously low range of 201 miles instead of the usual 225. I’ve got it in Eco mode, haven’t cranked up the A/C or anything - so why the sudden drop? Anyone else run into this? I’m a bit anxious about making it through the trip!

To get an accurate estimate, use the consumption widget, as the estimated range varies based on your driving habits. Achieving 235 miles requires efficient driving, and eco mode does not extend range; instead, focus on driving smoothly and minimizing energy consumption.

So, this is a common issue with the EVs. Note that a drop in range happens because of several factors:
  • battery conditions - if it is degraded then it can result in reduced range;
  • driving conditions - terrain, speed, and acceleration play a significant role;
  • cold weather can reduce the range;
  • the use of some features such as the A/C, seat heater, or headlights.

But have you checked the consumption widget to see if there is a specific pattern in your energy usage? It is all about your driving habits.
Anyway, if your driving habits are ok, then it might be another issue, so reach out to the dealer for a diagnostic check.

It is normal to feel a bit anxious about range. I think @IthinkaboutU2 gave you everything you need.
