GV60 Secret Menu?

Anyone know how to unlock the dealer’s secret menu on the GV60’s multimedia screen? I’ve heard there’s some nifty stuff in there like deleting log files and whatnot. I’m trying to clear those out so I can nail my OTA update. Got any tricks to spill?

So some folks dealing with stuck OTA updates have hit up their dealers for help, only to find that the dealership couldn't resolve the problem without replacing the entire head unit. It’s kind of wild that they didn’t even try simpler fixes, like digging into a hidden service menu, before jumping to such a pricey and drastic solution.
