GV60 Wi-Fi Hotspot Not Working

So I’m totally stuck trying to get the Wi-Fi hotspot up and running on my GV60 with my Verizon account. I’ve fiddled with every setting and tried a bunch of stuff, but no luck. Genesis support hasn’t been a huge help either, shocker. Anyone here actually get their GV60 hotspot working? Got any cool tricks or secret hacks to share?

I haven't really messed around with that feature myself, so I'm curious - why not just use your phone’s hotspot? I find it super handy and reliable; it’s basically my go-to move.

This is why I always use my phone's hotspot. It seems @HOOMY903 knows the way.
