GV70 dead

So my GV70 is now 3 months in the dealership after it suddenly died when I was going home. I still don't know what the problem was since there were still no updates from Genesis. I was wondering why they didn't give me a loaner car? I mean I don't need it since I have an extra car, but I believe it is typically offered in such situations.

Sorry to hear about your car troubles. I had something similar happen to me - my car wasn’t completely dead, but the instrument panel was acting all kinds of crazy. I ended up getting a loaner car, so it all worked out. I’d suggest reaching out to both the dealership and Genesis Customer Care to see if they can hook you up with any updates. In situations like this, a loaner car should definitely be on the table for you.
