Has anyone tried Genesis Valet Service?

I’m hitting a dead end trying to reach the Genesis valet service - totally ghosting me. Anyone had any luck with them or got the secret to actually getting a response?

Keep at it and don’t give up! If you’ve left a message, make sure to hit them up again. If they say they'll call you back, totally bug them about it if they don’t. They might be hoping you’ll just drop it or find another way. Or maybe they’re just playing the "there’s no solution" card. Keep pushing!

I totally understand the frustration. I have been there. Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes companies respond faster there. I think you will get a faster respond there. After all, everyone uses their social media app nowadays.

What methods have you used so far?

I can relate to your situation. I had two similar situations.

In one I called them and in the other, I went to them directly.

Messaging or emailing is not always the best way to resolve such things.

I don't know why some businesses can be so slow to respond.
Have you tried calling at different times?
Maybe try during off-peak hours.
