I noticed a problem with my GV70's Highway Driving Assist (HDA) system. When I activate it, the car feels unsteady. My car appears to be steering excessively and drifting out of its lane. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I also had a little hiccup with a misalignment that was causing some headaches. But once we fixed it, everything was cruising along just fine again.

Miscalibrated camera or sensor - this is what is affecting the car's ability to stay centered in the lane. So, it might be a good idea to go to your dealer or a certified mechanic to recalibrate the system.

Thanks guys @smitsky @EvIslife15! Your suggestions were a big help. Had mine aligned and recalibrated, now it's all back to normal.

Love this forum!

That's great to hear. It shows how minor adjustments can have a big impact. the sensors needed some attention. thanks for sharing your experience. This will be very helpful to others who have the same problem.
