How’s dealing with Genesis dealerships?

Hey guys,

I’m in the market to upgrade from my sedan to something bigger for the growing fam. I’ve test-driven a bunch of cars and I’m down to either the Genesis GV60 or the Kia EV6.

So I drove both back to back today and the GV60 really wowed me. It felt way more luxurious compared to the EV6, at least from my quick drive. Both have their ups and downs, but I’m a bit iffy about the GV60’s dealership and service experience.

Can any of you Genesis owners share how your experience has been with the dealership and if your cars have been reliable over time? Reliability and smooth service are huge for me in this decision. TIA.

I didn't experience anything noticeable. But think about... it matters the experience you had with the car. Not with the dealership.
