How to remove previous owner's profile from GV70

We bought a used GV70 and we're having trouble removing the previous owner's profile from the display screen. Does anyone know how to do this?

Did you get a chance to fill out that ownership change form? If not, no worries - just fill it out when you can. Once the ownership's all sorted, you’ll be good to go for ditching those old profiles.

Go to Settings - User profiles and there you should see an option to delete or modify the previous profiles. If it doesn't work, go for a system reset or contact the dealership.

I didn’t even know you could have multiple profiles saved on the GV70. Have you tried checking the manual or the settings menu? Maybe there’s a reset option that clears all user data?

He said he wanted to delete the previous owner's profile, not that he had more profiles.
