Problems with the Genesis App

I have a slight issue with my Genesis app. The trip details are supposed to read as km, not miles. The problem is the app still thinks it's in miles. I tried restarting my car, deleting and reinstalling my app but it's still the same. Anyone here have the same problem?

I've read about this and what they did is they brought it to the dealer to have their software updated.
