Tesla universal wall connector with magic dock

I had a Tesla Universal Wall Connector with Magic Dock installed! It looks slick and charges fast at 48 amps. The Magic Dock is pretty cool, but I'm having trouble with my wife's GV60. It keeps saying "charging unsuccessful" before finally connecting. Anyone else experiencing this? Hopefully, Tesla can fix this with a firmware update. Hoping to find a permanent solution soon! Check out the pic of my setup. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated!

Have you considered using a holder to secure the Tesla adapter to your Juicebox? This method worked well for my friend.

Hey, @RANDOMizer this friend of mine had a similar issue with his MAch-E and a Tesla wall charger. It was an issue with how the adapter was seated in the charging port.
Just try cleaning both the Magic Dock and your GV60's charging port. Maybe there is some debris that causes a bad connection.

First, that setup sounds awesome. But it is such a pain when tech doesn't want to cooperate, right? I haven't had that specific issue, but the best think you can start with is what @Icookrealms3 suggested. Wishing you a quick fix so you can enjoy that fast charging soon.
