Why’s Setting Up My Free Maintenance Service Such a Hassle?

Ugh, trying to schedule my complimentary maintenance service with valet is such a pain! The app? Totally useless. I have to pick from different service levels (basic, premium, value), and each with a cost! Aren’t the first three years of service supposed to be free? It's as if they're actively trying to make it impossible for me to use my FREE service! Is it just me, or has anyone else been stuck in this frustrating mess?

We have the same problem. Even when I called the dealership, they had to leave a message because a service representative needed to schedule the appointment.
