I've been dealing with a persistent noise issue in my GV70. I've tried everything, including contacting Genesis and the Better Business Bureau, but the issue hasn't been resolved. I eventually won an arbitration case against Genesis and was awarded a replacement vehicle. Has anyone else gone through a similar experience? If so, what can I expect during the replacement process?

Sorry you had to experience that, but you should stay in touch with Genesis. They should be able to keep you updated and answer your questions. It's also a good idea to keep track of everything, just in case. Best of luck!
