Genesis GV60 Lemon Law battle

We're heartbroken because our beloved 2023 GV60 Performance has turned into a problem. Endless trips to the dealership for a broken User Authorization system haven't fixed anything. Software updates, hardware replacements - you name it, we've tried it. Now, Facial Recognition is completely gone! We're starting the Lemon Law process and hoping for a smooth buyback. Ideally, we'd swap it for another GV60, but a BMW iX is tempting. Any advice for dealing with Genesis during this process?

If they'll repurchase the vehicle, it'll likely be classified as a salvaged vehicle. The iX is great as well. Not to hate, but it would be better to go with the BMW as of the moment.
