How exactly does the system work? Does it factor in charging stops or terrain at all, or is it mainly for basic navigation?I haven't done 600 miles in a GV60 myself, but I heard similar feedback from other EV owners, and yes, ABPR tends to be more reliable for long trips, especially when factoring in charging stops.
The Genesis onboard navigation system is accurate for regular routes, but can sometimes miss some things when planning longer EV-specific trips, or (worse than that) when accounting for steep terrain.
On the other hand, the ABPR is great because it gives real-time charging suggestions and updates based on traffic, weather, and energy usage.
Safe travels and enjoy the ride to NY!
Neah, it really shines when you want it to provide suggestions for charging, factoring in traffic conditions, and accounting for your vehicle's energy use based on terrain. In short, it is everything you need when you plan longer trips. How exactly does the system work? Does it factor in charging stops or terrain at all, or is it mainly for basic navigation?
