GV60 Charging Issues - Only Works on 7kW?

My wife has had a bunch of headaches with her GV60 before, but now she’s hitting a new snag. She can’t get it to charge on any charger over 7kW. Since she’s been on the road a lot for work, running out of juice is a real worry. Anybody else dealing with this glitch? Got any clever fixes or advice?

If you're currently using level 2 charging, try increasing the charge rate to 100%.

One thing that worked for me was a system reset right before trying to charge the car.

I think there's a recall about the ICCU and the onboard charger on this. You should contact your dealer about this.
