GV60 Wireless Charger - Case Issues

I’ve got a Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it’s charging like a champ wirelessly in my GV60 when it’s not in a case. But the minute I slap on even the slimmest case, charging goes kaput. Has anyone found a case that doesn’t mess with the GV60’s wireless charger? Throw your suggestions my way!

Try using OtterBox.

No problems with charging mine.

I don't think it's the case itself, it's probably how the charging coils in the car line up with your S24 Ultra. Try taking out that little piece between the charger and the console, and then gently lift the charging flap up a bit. This might help your phone sit a little higher and get a better connection. I don't have an S24 Ultra, so I can't try this myself, but it might be worth a shot!

I've heard that thicker cases can interfere with wireless charging but a slim thin case should still work fine. Have you considered using a case that has built-in charging pad compatibility or one made from a soft material like silicone? That might help..
