Anyone else having a nightmare with Genesis customer service? My new GV60 is great, but dealing with them is a total headache. Delivery issues still haven't been resolved, and the "purchase satisfaction survey" is a joke. Can't get ahold of anyone important, just passed around like a hot potato. Feeling like I'm wasting my time with case managers who never answer. This is my fifth car purchase and I've never experienced such crap customer service. How do you actually reach someone who can help?
