Phone Key stopped working

My phone key suddenly stopped working with passive entry! I used to be able to just walk up to my car and it would unlock, but now I have to dig my phone out and use the wireless charging spot. I've tried everything - deleting and re-adding the key, making sure passive entry is on, the whole nine yards. Any tips on fixing this would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve read that some systems need the phone to be in close proximity to the door sensor, but if that’s not working, it could be an app glitch. I’d try contacting Genesis support, they might have a way to refresh the key pairing on their end. Also, did this start happening after a phone update? Sometimes compatibility gets messed up with those.
