Still Broken After 2 Years. Seriously, Genesis? The Seat Smart Support keeps turning itself off every time I turn off the car. It's been over two years, and they still haven't fixed this stupid bug? I'm starting to think they don't care. Anyone else dealing with this crap?

I know some people have had luck with resetting other systems by doing a full factory reset on the infotainment system, maybe worth a shot if you haven’t tried? Also, there’s a chance it could be tied to your driver profile settings. Might be worth deleting and re-setting your profile to see if it sticks.
