Active shutters is always open

Anyone else noticed their Tesla's active shutters are permanently open? I've never seen mine closed, even in cold weather. No error messages, and the car seems to be working fine. Is this normal behavior, or should I be worried?

You can only see it closed when you're running in order to increase aerodynamics.

This Mach-E of mine has a mind of its own! The front shutters are always popping open, even when it's just chilling in the driveway. I'm starting to think it's trying to show off. Time for some detective work! I might have to break out that old GoPro and see if I can catch this shutter-opening culprit in the act.
