I recently bought a GV70 and noticed some paint scratches. I took it to the dealer for repair, but they made mistakes and used the incorrect paint color. Like what the heck?! I'm very dissatisfied with the service. Is this how Genesis treats its customers??!!

So sorry to hear that. I suppose I'm lucky to have a separate Genesis dealership in your area. I've had positive experiences with their services. My previous car was a Volvo, and I found the Genesis dealership to be at least comparable, if not superior.

If I were you, I'd consider taking it to a reliable body shop instead.

Oh, that doesn't sound very good.
Unfortunately, mistakes like that can happen, but it doesn't mean all Genesis service centers are the same.
Anyway, contact the Genesis customer service directly, report the issue, and see what solution they have for you.

Next time go to an independent auto body shop that specializes in high-end vehicles. I guess it would be an option to go right now with it until you get some updates from customer service.

With that, I wouldn't trust taking my car to them anymore no matter what kind of services I'd like to be done. There are lots of reputable car shops that can get the job done for you. Don't waste your time taking it to that trash dealer.

Whoa, that's incredibly frustrating! Using the wrong paint color on a brand new GV70?
Hey, how's your car doing? Have you tried reaching out to Genesis directly yet? I bet they could come up with a better solution for this.
