Farewell, GV60?

Water has been leaking into our GV60 for the past five months. The dealership informed me that some GV60s have cabin air filter leaks, which can restrict airflow and make defrosting the windshield difficult. This can be dangerous, especially in wet conditions. They promised a replacement part, but it's August and I haven't heard back. My wife and I are considering selling the car due to Genesis' lack of communication. Despite this issue, the car has been fantastic overall.

Oh man, that’s such a drag. I’m really bummed to hear you’ve been stuck with that. Five months? That’s like an eternity! It’s so frustrating that Genesis can’t seem to get their act together.

Have you tried reaching out to Genesis corporate directly?
I think this would speed up the process.
I would hate to see you sell the car if it is otherwise great.

It's unfortunate that you had to deal with this issue for so long, and they still couldn't fix it. Did they mention anything, or did you figure out what caused it? How is the car doing now? Or did you end up getting rid of it?
