Genesis App won't let me in!

I just picked up my new GV60 and I'm trying to set up the Genesis app. I got past the serial number part, but then I get this stupid error code C500 when I try to register. Is thi a common problem? I'm about to lose my mind trying to figure this out!
 
Seriously, I've cleared the app cache and reinstalled it, but I'm still getting this stupid error. What else can I do? Should we keep on complaining so that Genesis will do something about this?

Try deleting and reinstalling the app.
 
Sometimes, your car's system just needs a little kick to get back online. Try holding down the Map and Setup buttons together until the screen goes black and restarts itself. If that doesn't do the trick, just give Genesis Concierge a call – they're super helpful and can walk you through fixing it.
 
Congrats on the new GV60! Sorry to hear you're running into that error. While it’s not super common, it can happen sometimes with app setups. Have you tried reinstalling the app or restarting your phone? That might help clear things up. If it persists, reaching out to Genesis support could be your next best bet.
