Got any fixes for a dead horn?

My horn's totally dead today. I hit it a bunch of times, but nothing. Restarted the car, still no sound. It was working fine until today. The only thing that’s been swapped recently is the ICCU about a month ago. I checked the 15A fuse and it’s good, and I even disconnected the12V battery, but no dice. Anyone else had this issue? What should I try next?

You’ve already done a good amount of troubleshooting. One thing you might try next is checking the actual horn itself. Sometimes the connections to the horn unit (usually mounted behind the front bumper) can come loose or corrode. If you’ve got a multimeter, test to see if power is reaching the horn when you press it. If power’s getting there but no sound, the horn itself might need replacing.
