GV60 12V battery access

Does anyone know how to get to both terminals of the 12V battery on the GV60? I tried removing the mini storage box above it, but couldn't figure out how to access the entire battery. I needed to jump my other car and only managed to reach one terminal. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

To take out the center part, you need to use a small tool to pry out a plastic piece. It will pop up a little, and then you can pull it out. After that, you can grab the plastic cover over the battery and pull it up.

Have you checked the owner's manual? It usually has diagrams that show you how to get to the terminals. If you don't have it, you can find it online. Also, I think you can find some yt video tutorials.

Good advice from @lazy_boy!!!! Just to add, make sure you are careful when prying anything up. Trust me, you don't want to break any clips or plastic parts!!!! And if you still struggle with this, ask a mechanic for help.

This is a common issue! I have been there with battery terminals before. Just ask someone nearby for help. I hope you manage to resolve this.
