I just took my GV60 on a highway trip from NV to CA and was shocked by the terrible range. I usually get around 3.4-3.5 mi/kWh, but today I barely managed 2.5-2.8 mi/kWh! Even with eco mode and minimal charging wait times, I had to stop twice to charge. Has anyone else experienced this kind of drastic drop in range, especially in colder weather or rainy conditions? I'm wondering if something's wrong with my car.

Damn, cold weather and rain can definitely mess with your range, no doubt about it. The efficiency drop you are seeing sounds pretty significant though. Have you checked your tire pressure recently? Low pressure can add resistance and hurt efficiency. What's your driving speed like on the highway? Faster speeds also burn through more battery.

Eco mode can help, but if you are still getting such low numbers, it might be worth checking with the dealership to see if there is a deeper issue. Could be something off with the battery management system.

Haha, yeah, cold weather trips are the worst for EVs! It is always good to check the tires and make sure they are suited for winter driving if you are in those conditions often. Hopefully, it is just the weather and not something serious with your car.
