Hey guys! I'm hunting for a hitch for my GV60 and the only thing popping up is the Stealth Hitch. It seems like it could be a pain to install, and I’m kinda worried about warranty stuff if it’s installed by a pro. Has anyone here had the Stealth Hitch put on their GV60? Any headaches with sensors or emergency braking? And is there any buzz about Genesis rolling out an OEM hitch option anytime soon?

I had my Stealth Hitch installed by a certified dealer last month. They did an excellent job, and the installation took about two hours. The hitch is completely invisible when not in use, and it feels extremely sturdy and secure when attached. It's very easy to set up and take down, adding only about five minutes to the process. The only minor issue I encountered was the emergency brake activating while backing up, but I was able to disable this setting after.

I really miss having a hitch on my EV. Hopefully, Genesis will offer an OEM option with the right trailer wiring soon. The kit in my Ioniq 5 worked well with the car's system, but most third-party kits don’t integrate like that. Also, some hitches can be poorly made, so just be cautious. Not saying that about the stealth hitch, but it’s something to consider.
