Oh, definitely not! The cabin's Active Noise Cancellation is cranked up all the time, and there's no way to turn it off.

You should definitely get this looked at - there might be something else going on. It could be a whole different issue acting up. This doesn’t really seem like just brake stickiness from washing the car.

Some claim that the GV60 determines how quickly it can charge when you first plug it in and does not change it even as the battery warms up. Does your car do the same thing, or does it accelerate as the battery warms up?
